Client Support Team - Call, Click, or Come InOur experienced Client Support Specialists provide first-class customer service. They treat every client with care, respect and without judgment. They also serve as your creditor liaison, ensuring your issues are heard and properly taken care of so you can be rest assured that your accounts and issues are managed appropriately. Our Client Support Specialists will assist you with all account inquiries and communicate directly with your creditors. They will guide you throughout the debt management program by handling your accounts from the time you enroll until the time you successfully complete the program. Our Client Support Specialists also ensure that your accounts are receiving the proper creditors concessions. Our Specialists will help you manage timely payments, provide ongoing financial education and additional guidance to empower you with financial knowledge and behaviors. The Client Support Department regular hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 6:00pm (MST) and Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
