American Association of Debt Management Organizations (AADMO), member since 2001 AADMO is the credit counseling and debt management industry’s largest trade association. It is the only trade association to have held state law compliance workshops with the New York State Banking department and the California Department of Corporations upon enactment of their respective laws and AADMO is the only trade association for the industry to publish a formal summary of state laws that has been reviewed by state regulators.
National Association of Certified Credit Counselors (NACCC), member since 2002 The NACCC is a non-profit, credentialing body that oversees the education and certification requirements of its members. Its Credit Counselor Certification Program covers the latest interpersonal counseling techniques that relate directly to the credit counseling process, important issues concerning personal finances, credit, and consumer protection, and a comprehensive survey of the causes of and solutions to debt. The NACCC also works in conjunction with the Institute for Financial Counseling to provide education programs that are research based, industry specific, and up-to-date.
BSI Americas, ISO 9001:2000 Registry, Certified and Registered since 2001 BSI Americas is the world’s leading expert on international standards, testing, and certification of internal quality management systems. AAA Fair Credit Foundation first earned an immediate recommendation for ISO 9001:2000 certification in August, 2001. ISO surveillance audits are conducted semi-annually to maintain certification.
Better Business Bureau Accredited Business since 1999 BBB is a national organization promoting the highest ethical relationships between businesses and the public through voluntary self-regulation, consumer and business education, and service excellence.
Utah Non-Profits Association (UNA), member since 2002 UNA is the umbrella membership association of all 501(c)(3) organizations in Utah. Its focus is providing mutual support, management development through training opportunities and sector wide advocacy. All member organizations must have their application approved through review of an affirmation statement and the organization’s adherence to UNA’s ethical standards of: integrity, respect and dignity, good citizenship, care and loyalty, truth-telling and openness, accountability, stewardship, and excellence.
Salt Lake Chamber, member since 2006 Founded in 1902, the Salt Lake Chamber is the largest business organization in Utah and is accredited by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, an honor earned by less than 10% of chambers across the country. There are nearly 2000 member firms currently supporting the Salt Lake Chamber.
Utah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, member since 2006 The mission of the Utah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is to provide leadership, which promotes economic growth, professional development, and political awareness, through the self-determination of our members.
